Hi to all the people who read this blog? I have been planning to do this for quite a long time. And now by the type of activities going around it is high time to do it. I had taken a matrix connection for my trip to the UK. This was under a contract system as we frequently travel to Europe for business and leisure. For the first 2 trips the services were decent with no much hassle. The things were sorted out with within a day or two. But the real trouble started from the third trip. They started charging us exorbitantly high rates and high rentals, which was uncalled for from a corporate like Matrix. It was a clear breach of contract from their side as the rates were pre decided. They also charged us on couple of occasions for the late handset delivery which was not the case at all. We inform them through mail whenever we come back from the tour and get the handset picked up within 2 days which is again agreed upon in the contract that we have with them. We have had 7 transactions with them in the last financial year. After the recurring nature of problems we finally decided to get rid of them and ended our alliance with them.
Guys do think hard and evaluate all other options before deciding to go for a travel partner out of India.
